CondominiumOwners seeks lower Cook County assessments
Members of the Southside Condominium Coop Owners association plan to petition the Cook County Assessor to value condos and coops at single family rates. The group, centered in Hyde Park Kenwood, will testify at public hearings this summer as examiner Richard Michaels reviews possible assessment changes for Cook County.
