Flamingo Apartments remodel nears July completion
Infra updates at Flamingo on Lake Shore Drive include a new lobby, shopping services, a duplex tenant recreation area, cabanas, landscaped pool, and a Jungle Gym. IRMCO says mid July finish with privacy walls planned, while St Paul’s buys parcel 1-2 for parking and a duplex curate residence.
