Kenwood housing plan praised by architects committee
The A J Paterson site plan is called truly admirable and Paterson’s floor plans are superb. The Kimbark Associate plan for SR 10 and SR 13 receives high marks for layout and awareness of adjacent parcels. A YES bid from Paterson leads a group aiming to house moderate income families with incomes from 7100 to 10900 for larger households. The plan stresses interracial housing and community consultation while favoring eight LR site bidders from the local community.

Hyde Park Kenwood The Urban Renewal Discord
The Department of Urban Renewal ignores community input in Hyde Park Kenwood over low density site selections. Only three of thirteen sites gain community-backed approval while ten go to developers without leadership support. Architects praised but questioned. LR 1–9 seen as high risk.
