Hyde Parker Sues Commonwealth Edison for Overcharges
Opal Cummings of 1227 E. 57th filed in superior court last week a suit against Commonwealth Edison seeking refunds for customers. The complaint alleges manufacturers conspired to fix prices 1950 to 1960 and that Edison paid over 150 million dollars for equipment at those fixed prices.
