Illinois Housing Board Backs Hyde Park Redevelopment Plan
The Illinois State Housing Board approved the Hyde Park Redevelopment plan aimed at eliminating 47 acres of blight in central Hyde Park. The plan awaits FHFA approval in Washington with expected favorable action by end of February. Land Clearance will start property assessments in February and acquisition in March with a relocation office opening in March.

SECC extends open house at Hyde Park YMCA
