Largest 1 1/4 acres at 5237-59 Cottage Grove targets shops. other parcels include an 8,082 sq ft site at 1453-55 E S3rd for shops, 25,883 sq ft at 1521-35 E 52nd for an auto service station, and 23,348 sq ft at 1522-26 Hyde Park Blvd for a parking lot or ancillary auto service use.
