Plans unveiled for Rosenwald mansion redevelopment in Kenwood
Kenwood Open House committee will host Louis Sullivan of Development Management Group Inc at a Monday meeting to discuss proposed plans for the Rosenwald mansion and grounds. Silverman will open the house for public inspection prior to the session. The 1904 Rosenwald mansion, built by Julius Rosenwald, has long been the focus of local preservation efforts.
