John L. Moore of Vincennes sues the Big Four for $3000 alleging he slept through a May 9 Vincennes to Mt. Carrie trip after ticketing and that an employee failed to awaken him causing the train to go to the yards. An officer later struck him, causing a leg wound and potential lifelong disability.
