Sale notice for a 14 month old short horn ball weighing about 1000 pounds with extra top individual. Seller Ed Lindley of Huisouville lists the item for sale and invites inquiries.
A town meeting notice lists Gecil Cox John W. McCain Frank Martin and H. Buckner as Republican township officers candidates with primaries at the Hutsonville town house on February 25 and 26 1905. Herman Mohler Sr is named for Highway Commissioner with primary at the same location. A collector’s notice states Frank Martin has bonded and will begin collecting from Hutsonville township, five days weekly at Hutsonville and Fridays at Seymour & Holidays store West York. The township primary election opens at 1 pm and closes at 4 pm on February 26 1905.

John W. McCain and Frank Martin vie for township collector with strong community support. Herman Mehler endorsed for South District Highway Commissioner, praised for business sense and honesty. Cecil Cox runs for town clerk on a record of faithful duty and energy.
The revival meeting began Monday night with Rev R Layton delivering the sermon. Early results are unclear but Layton’s energy and a supportive church suggest a successful revival. A separate obituary notes Dr W Ef Hoskinson died Monday afternoon in Trimble after suffering long with a neck condition. He was 49 and practiced medicine 25 years. Funeral was at Trimble church Wednesday, interment in Newlin cemetery. Modern Woodmen members and many friends attended.
F D Alexander, the Bullroad agent, held train No. 4 for a few minutes Tuesday morning to complete ticket sales. Passengers included Mr. and Mrs. Justin Davids of Parker City Indiana, Chas Miller of Lamotte, Arcanum Ohio, Robert Anderson and Wm Werner and families of Austin Texas, Henry Osborn of Staffordshire, and others to West Plains Missouri and local points. Newlin and Lindley shipped a car of hogs to Buffalo on Saturday. Newlin and MaCrory shipped a car of hogs to Buffalo on Monday.
Mr and Mrs Robert Anderson and Mr and Mrs Win Werner and two children of Lamotte left Monday for Austin Texas to visit a few weeks. Mr Andersons brother Thomas resides near Austin. The Phizoay Comedy Co was in town this week. Mrs Mahlon Musgrave, visiting relatives in W Union, returned home Saturday with her sisters Miss Goldie Lowe.
