Milwaukee Native William von Baumbach Dies at 75
Wm. von Baumbach, native of Milwaukee, died after a brief illness at St. Joseph's hospital on Thursday at age 75. He was an original and last surviving member of the Milwaukee Light House Squadron and a charter member of the Wisconsin Club. He helped build a cottage on Lake Sinnissippi’s west shore with cousin Mrs. Lillian Coulthardt, a presence welcomed by locals. He leaves two sisters. Funeral services were held Saturday with burial at Forest Home Cemetery. body cremated.
