McHenry County Chiefs Honor Cowlin for Convictions
McHenry County officials praised States Attorney Cowlin for securing convictions in several high profile murder cases including the Mark Smith murders and two other defendants. Plaque awarded by Sleepy Hollow Police Chief Sabatino with support from the National Police Officers Association.
