Judge Gleason Views Olson House Condemnation Case
Judge Wm Gleason inspected the Knute Olson home on Woodstock Street in a village condemnation case in Wood stock Minnesota. The trial proceed with attorney Bernard Narusis seeking a continuance granted to November 8 and a site visit set for November 3 at 10 30 am with neighbors clergy and press attending. The judge will hear Narusis present at 11 am on Thursday.

The Huntley Planning Commission met Monday November 5 in the Village Hall board room. Commissioners Lamb Dahmer Hansen and Mackeben were present with Rohing and Hayes absent. President Protem Mackeben and Village President Enstrom plus Special Planning Consultant Mrs. Sidney Wright attended. Wright reported Kane County Planning Commission discussions on a proposed amusement park south of Huntley and noted parking lot jurisdiction within Huntley’s 1.5 mile limit.

Reward Offered After Egg Attacks in Fox Valley
A $500 reward is offered after damage and vandalism in Fox Valley. Eggs were thrown at cars and church buildings, windows were soaped, and a stop sign set on fire. Police reserves assisted the regular force in patrols through the main part of town.
