Mass of Thanksgiving at noon followed by reception at the American Legion Home Woodstock and Coral Streets Huntley from 1 30 pm to 4 pm. Born Chicago March 5 1902 ordained June 5 1927 at Quigley Chapel.

Lion's Club Installs Officers and Celebrates 30th Birthday
Huntley Lions Club held its installation of officers and 30th anniversary celebration at the Cloven Hoof in Marengo on May 7. Deputy District Governor George W. Abbamonte presided as installing officer. New officers include Charles W. Ruth as President and Dennis Rudsinski as Vice President. Awards were given for perfect attendance and 2Syr membership pins were presented to Arnold Chesak Helm Thurow and Henry Marlowe. Earle Johnson was honored as the sole member with 30 years and its original charter member. Tom Swanson was acknowledged for prior resignation and later reinstatement. Continued on Page 4.
