On Monday May 26 the group met at Mrs. Minne Meyer's Algonquin home with Mrs. Christine Nixon of Waukegan assisting and Mrs. Reba Owens presiding. They discussed the Buffett Supper, deciding it a big success and to be an annual affair. Officers for 1968 and 1969 were nominated with Nixon reporting 188 hours on Child welfare work and a $495.50 credit.

Rutland Rockets 4-H Members Earn State Judging Trip
Two members of the Rutland Rockets 4-H Club, Wendy Miller in horticulture and Fred Hoffman in dairy judging, will represent Kane County at the State 4-H Judging contest at the University of Illinois on June 26. They earned the Urbana bid by placing in the top six in their county judging category.
