By order of the Orphans' Court of Huntingdon county the late Benjamin Cornelius estate will be sold by public vendue on Monday March 29. The property lies in Cromwell township adjoining the Slack Log mounting and includes two acres and a quarter, a small tannery and a two story dwelling. Terms require half the price at confirmation and the balance in one year with interest, secured by bond and mortgage. Administrators Joseph Cornelius and George Cornelius will attend at sale time.
