The Tilton family and relatives thank their Humeston community for flowers visits and cards after Earl Tilton's death. They express appreciation for Rev Blair Walters and First Baptist Church workers for supporting them with a lunch and comforting acts.
Local residents Wayne Greenlee and Marilyn Moore of Corydon visited Boone on Friday to see Mr and Mrs Eugene Vaughn then toured Ledges State Park. Saturday they toured Story City viewing the Stone Suspension Bridge built in 1936 by WPA in Story City’s 45 acre park system. They visited Ames Sunday to spend time with Mr and Mrs Max Vaughn before returning home.
