State University Commencement Plans for Iowa City

Dan Rogers Convicted in Bga District Court
Dan Rogers was convicted of breaking and entering in the May term of the Wayne district court. The sentence is ten years in the penitentiary under the indeterminate sentence law. He claimed to be a deaf mute and was accused of stealing gold from Dr. Reed's dental office at Allerton. This marks the thirteenth penitentiary sentence secured by County Attorney Bracewell in two years.
