He leaves six children twelve grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren and is survived by a brother and several half siblings.

Funeral rites held for Grandpa with burial at Clo cemetery
Funeral services were conducted at the M. E. church by Rev. R. C. Russell, after which the body was laid to rest in Clo cemetery. In sports, Hameston high lost 19 18 to Corydon in a tight Friday basketball game, with Carlton Dennis Moore Shriver leading the lineup. Byrum named street commissioner after council vote, earning 25 cents an hour while overseeing the pumping station and waterworks.

Surprise Birthday for Mrs. Guinn at Benton Township
A Benton township family gathering celebrated Mrs. R. E. Guinns sixty second birthday with a surprise party last Friday though bad weather kept many relatives away. Moser Kentner Couple Wed at Humeston Parsonage
J Roy Kentner and Miss Jennie Florence Moser of Humeston wed February 6 at the Congregational parsonage with Rev Ray Eckerson officiating.
