Humboldt Hoboes Campout at Sheldon Park
The Humboldt Hoboes held a campout at Sheldon Park from September 11 to 13 with a steak fry and potluck on Saturday. Wagon masters were Jim and Laura Hodgell. A tentative October 9 to 11 campout at Sheldon Park is planned, with a weiner roast. If weather fails, a meeting will occur on October 1 at 7 p.m. at Jim and Laura Hodgell’s home in Gilmore City, with Lena Hodgell and Dale Eyrich as wagon masters.

Irene Clark reports a large open house birthday in Humboldt for Ben Edge turning 90. Friends relatives and former neighbors attended a two hour gathering at Shamrock Cafe downtown, with Ben lively and active at his age.
