Smiling boy battles cerebral palsy through surgery and support
Matthew Trenary the seven and a half year old of Humboldt has endured two surgeries this year for cerebral palsy. Cast from waist to toes since April limits him to crutches or a wheelchair while he attends school. After hip tendon release and thigh muscle surgery his feet align better though spasms persist. He must walk 145 feet on crutches to go home from the hospital. His Eagles Club supporters plan to buy a special typewriter for him. His parents are Mr and Mrs Monte Trenary, with an 11 year old brother Monte.
