Humboldt Family Recounts Air Force Legacy in Miller Line
Vern and Fern Miller of Humboldt share a family aviation story featuring son Col. C V Miller and Air Force Academy cadet Scott V Miller. Scott, a Choctawhatchee High School 1980 graduate and military dependent, toured Eglin AFB with 15 cadets while his father serves as Deputy for Surface Attack at Eglin. Col Miller, a Humboldt High School 1954 alumnus and the first Air Force Academy class graduate in 1959, flies with family members sometimes. The Millers include son Craig, daughter Linne, and wife Sandra who join their flights and adventures.
