Sioux County Democrats Meet in Orange City on Delegates
Democrats in Sioux County gathered in Orange City last Saturday to select ten delegates for the state convention. Attendance was low with few township reps and many leaders present, as the party showed strong control by leaders over candidates. The gathering featured a small program by the Orange City band before adjournment, and the resolutions advocated free coinage and various economic positions aligned with national figures.
