Forecasts by Foster Predict Heat Wave and Drought
Joseph Foster reports a sequence of warm and storm waves from July 31 to August 13 across the Pacific and eastern states. He warns of extreme heat, drought, and crop damage especially in Missouri and Ohio valleys, with rain suppression in the Rockies and rising temperatures into late August. He also notes a solar sunspot discussion by Prof Serviss and its supposed impact on climate.
