Collision case overtake drivers on Doven road probe
Evidence shows Edwin Russell driving a truck and trailer on Doven road on February 21 1947 when Watt and son followed closely. Court found Russell reasonably careful but Watts rear driver negligent for not stopping, awarding £27 10s repairs and £10 10s costs to Russell.
