Illinois inventor sues Chrysler over floating power device
Rolland E Trott of Rockford Illinois sues Chrysler in Henry County circuit court seeking an accounting of profits from the use of his floating power engine mounting idea learned in 1929 and shown to Chrysler engineers. Trott claims Chrysler pursued the concept, involved him in test cars, then canceled interest as newer Chrysler models adopted the principle.
