Murder Charge Is Filed Against Fay Patrick
Fay Patrick 31 of Brinkley faces a first degree murder charge in the shooting death of William Baxter 65 of Stuttgart. Baxter was shot Sunday with a high power rifle after an argument at Patrick residence in Brinkley Arkansas.

Two Held in P O Burglary in Louisiana
BOSSIER CITY La AP two men arrested in a hotel here were jailed on a federal charge of burglarizing a post office in Alexandria Louisiana. Billy Don Thompson 24 Texarkana Texas and Louis Ray Jones 25 Texarkana Ark were named. Bond set at 3000 each. About 900 in postal money orders and 600 to 700 in cash were taken in the Aug 14 post office burglary, police said.
