Jury ruling calls for broader Pulaski County representation

Judge J Smith Henley ruled that racial discrimination taints grand jury selection in Pulaski County and urged broader representation beyond the old mix of white business and professional leaders. He kept the current panel intact but warned future juries must draw from a wider county pool to withstand legal challenges.
