Luther M. Franks, 25, of Poinsett county Arkansas, died in a Memphis hospital after an incident in which Emmett Wolf allegedly attacked his wife and was shot by a neighbor who then fought back. Hank Jones, who wrested the shotgun from Wolf, acted in self defense per Marked Tree marshal E L Shinaberg. no charges against him. Wolf reportedly drank and did not know what happened.
