Avéry Hafhla Wedding at First Methodist Church
The wedding of Miss Shelby Jean Harris and Donald Avery took place at the First Methodist Church in Breatott on a Sunday afternoon. Rev. Alfred DeBlack officiated as the altar gleamed with gladioli and palms, with bridesmaids in light blue crystaline over taffeta and the bride wearing Chantilly lace. A reception followed in the social hall, after which the couple departed for a trip to the Ozarks en route to Arkadelphia where he will study at Henderson State Teacher's College.
