Complaints aired by blacks at city hall meeting

Young suspect in Maryland murders arraigned

Stuart Kreiner a 16 year old from Elvaton Maryland was charged with first degree murder in the stabbing deaths of Deborah Hogan her sister Theresa and friend Ann Marie Braesziewicz. He was to be arraigned today in Harundale District Court as an adult. Neighbors knew the Kremer family for years and described Stu as quiet and polite.

Wreck on East 16th Street injures teens in Hope

Scott Patton age 16 and passenger Scott Key were injured when Patton lost control of his vehicle on East 16th Street striking a tree. Patton was charged with reckless driving per Hope Police Department spokesperson Rusty Paul. Vehicle sustained heavy damage.
