Public sale of Easterly 90 feet of Lots 11 and 12
In Hempstead County Arkansas on November 9 1935 the Commissioner in Chancery will offer at public vendue the easterly 90 feet of lots 11 and 12 in Block 5 Ruffin Addition Hope Arkansas fronting 100 feet on South Main and 90 feet deep with a ten percent yearly interest bond on credit for three months and a lien on the premises. The sale is conducted under the decretal order of the Chancery Court in case No 2M7 between Midland Savings & Loan Company and J A Eagle Alma Eagle Marion Wasson as State Bank Commissioner. The sale takes place at the front door of the Court House in Washington Hempstead County.
