Dr Ane drew J. Bass, once prominent dentist in Columbia, Arkansas, is serving a life term in the Arkansas penitentiary for the murder of William Robert Pearman. The case is before the circuit court as Bass seeks release on grounds that Pearman's death occurred in Missouri and not within the state.
The attorney said new data would show Dr Bass is unlawfully confirmed in Arkansas. Mr and Mrs Joe Dougherty and Clent Dougherty were Sunday dinner guests of her parents Mr and Mrs George McMillen.
