Henry Milner Stephens a Hempstead native and former county judge died at his Blevins residence after an afternoon collapse. A pioneer marketer of spring vegetables and famed as the cantaloupe king he influenced southwest Arkansas agriculture. Survivors include son Herbert, five brothers, four sisters, and other relatives. Funeral at Bruce Memorial Methodist Church Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Interment Marlbrook Cemetery.
