Clarksville Ark AP purchase of the equipment of Priebe and Song poultry processing company, a new bankrupt firm that ceased operations Jan. 29, was announced by R. Y. Fulbright of Clarksville. He bought the equipment in Chicago and already owns the plant building. The firm formerly employed about 300 people and owned a hatchery and feed mill in Clarksville with total employment near 180. Harry A. Ash of Chicago was named receiver after the bankruptcy filing. Fulbright, cousin of Sen. J William Fulbright, did not disclose plans for the plant and said he was negotiating recently.

George Robert Rosa, 22, of Mountain View, died after his pickup truck crashed into a bridge abutment near Batesville.
