Mr and Mrs Pilkinton move to Arkadelphia Sunday to take Miss Mary Pilkinton back to school and visit another daughter. Mrs O B Hardeman.

The dispute centers on whether the title allows him to sue for money claimed by Maile Selassie, with the court reportedly dormant on the point. The Abyssinia Association of Great Britain plans to urge relief when favorable, with parliamentary figures among its directors.
The administrator of A W Melver’s estate will sell by public outcry the cattle hogs horses and other personal property at two sales in Hempstead County Arkansas. The first sale on November 9 1847 at Sutton Collier’s sales barn Hope Arkansas and the second on November 17 1937 near the deceased’s Old Highway No 67 residence. Also items include 27 head of horses mules mares and colts 400 bushels of corn 2000 bales of hay a 1930 Ford Model A touring car wagon and more. A W Melver died leaving notes bonds cattle hogs and various goods to be auctioned. Administrator H W Hall signs October 21 1937 with notices dated November 6 and 13.
