Corona trias to resume in murder trial
The Juan Corona murder trial resumes in Solano County Superior Court as defense questions lack of fingerprint evidence. Deputy Sheriff Steve Sizelove described a May 26 1971 predawn search of Corona’s office on the Sullivan ranch where 24 of 25 alleged victims were buried. A loaded pistol and long knife were found in a locked desk, and the defense questions fingerprint attempts on those weapons.

Third day strike halts Jets Redskins game at CBS New York
