Gas price rises and holds hit Arkansas stations
In Arkansas some service stations raised pump prices after oil firms announced increases. Others chose to absorb costs for now. Phillips 66 managers faced possible raises, with Little Rock stores moving from 39.4 to 42.4 cents per gallon. DX and Sun-Ray stations added one to three cents, while a few kept prices steady hoping to wait out the trend.
