An Arkansas man, K M Townsend, 26, a Citronelle air worker and Lawson resident, was captured in El Dorado on a rape charge involving a 12 year old girl in Citronelle Alabama. He was arraigned before Union Circuit Judge Claude Love on fleeing from justice. Bond set at 2000 dollars.
