Court Upholds PSC Action in Emerson Transfer Case
Pulaski Circuit Judge Mitchell Cockrill ruled the Public Service Commission acted within its authority by assigning Emerson in Columbia County to the Southwest Arkansas Telephone Cooperative. The PSC order dated June 16 1955 also authorized T H and Ray Bradley to sell their Emerson system to the cooperative.
