Screeton Attacks Johnson in Arkansas Open Memorandum
Hazen Mayor Screeton says Kim Johnson's four page memorandum to the Democratic State Committee is a "masterpiece of scurrility and venom" and accuses Johnson of disunity. He cites Johnson's April 21, 1967 memorandum blaming Orval Faubus for his 1966 defeat to Winthrop Rockefeller and labels Johnson surrounded by "poison peddlers." Meanwhile a Girl Scout Fly-Up party and a weightlifting record set by Takamas Kojima in Kyoto are noted alongside Maine's Mt Cadillac description.
