Notice is filed with the Commissioner of Revenue of Arkansas for a permit to sell and dispense vinous and spirituous liquors for beverage at retail on premises WA Bo, Walnut St., Hope Ark. Permit would run from July 1, 1999 to June 6, 1940 as per Bulletin January 7, 1938 and Supplemental Regulations No. 19 effective July 11, 1937.
