Chyr Fisher, 11, of near Newport, Arkansas, died Thursday at a Memphis hospital from injuries suffered when her bicycle, traveling north in a southbound Arkansas 224 lane, collided with a southbound car driven by Robert L. Adams of near Newport. The Arkansas State Police reported the accident occurred Monday near Newport.
