A piano recital by Mrs. Ralph Routon’s pupils is scheduled for Tuesday evening at Hope High School auditorium at 8 p.m. and a second recital by Mrs. R. A. Boyett’s pupils is set for Saturday at 3 p.m. at 608 South Main Street. Cadet Nurse Louise Matfield of Little Rock visits over the weekend with her parents.

In St Joseph Missouri in the safety lane 11 of 96 cars passed the test. Among the passing vehicles a 1925 Model T Ford truck showed no defects. Local authorities noted the older model delivered a flawless check during the inspection.
