Wilkerson Oil opens new service station with club aid

The Wilkerson Oil Company launches a Certified Service Station with involvement from the Business and Professional Women’s Club. Club members will hand out cards to friends to buy merchandise, sharing in gasoline receipts and oil changes at regular prices. Mrs. Frank Russell says Hope motorists will support the club by taking cards. CHICAGO P These modern automobiles are fine but they built some real cars back in 1905 too. Peter Esslinger bought one of the 1805 variety for 10 and Tuesday applied for a state license. He still did 35 to 40 miles an hour. When the manufacturers learned that he had bought the machine they offered him a brand new suit for it. I intend to run this car until it falls apart or I do. A museum offered him 20 for it, but he declined that offer too.

New Greasing Gain At Wilkerson Oil Certified Station

Mr. Wilkerson announced Thursday that prices for washing and greasing will be lower than ordinary at the Wilkerson Oil Co. Certified service station. The newest washing and greasing equipment, including a 6000 pound pressure grease gun and a special nozzle, will cleaningly wash and grease cars with vacuum cleaning to remove mud and grease joints. The wash and grease rack will be enclosed to protect the process.
