Two Joint Military Commission helicopters carrying 10 Viet Cong and two South Vietnamese officers were forced to land by gunfire in Communist controlled territory near Loc Ninh eight miles south of An Loc. M C Louden, 29, a former Tucker Intermediate Reformatory inmate, filed a $100,000 claim against Arkansas stating he was disfigured and nearly blinded when another inmate threw lye in his face in the prison mess hall. He says the injuries left him unable to work and he's on welfare. Louden was eight months into a burglary sentence when injured.
