A Polar Expedition Era Puzzle Incomplete Clues
A fragmented puzzle from a historical page lists clues for a vertical crossword with many unreadable entries. The garbled text mentions explorers, ships, and terms like partridge and nocturnal hints, offering a patchy glimpse of an old game page.
Community News Quiet Despite Rainy Weekend
Antioch singing events were rained out while Sunday school activities were canceled. Local students attended commencement at Enunet Friday night with William Cash and R. L. Crank Jr. earning high school diplomas. Marie Hickey received an eighth grade diploma. William and Iman Cook planned summer stays in Louisiana and Arizona with relatives. Several residents worked on the Plain Dealing gas line and others visited relatives in Strong and Rattan Oklahoma.
