Supreme Court Lets State Bar Travel to Cuba

Drinking Pilots Pose Big Problem
Federal aviation officials told a House subcommittee that private pilots show a larger drunken flying problem than expected from autopsy findings on crash victims. Najeeb E. Two Accidents Cause Injuries and Horse Deaths on Local Highways
Last night two crashes on Hempstead roads injured a man and killed a horse. Frank Strother, riding solo, suffered broken ribs and other injuries after hitting a bridge on Highway 4 Rosston Road and was taken to a hospital. On Highway 32 near Mack Brown's Grocery Eddie Aslin's car struck a horse owned by J. B. Rowe Jr.. no injuries were reported and only vehicle damage occurred.
