A former Ozarks College political science professor, Dr. Charles G. Hamilton, 67, of New Orleans, sues the school for back pay totaling 3900 a year from Sept 1, 1958 to Aug 1963 claiming discharge without hearing and no resignation. President Winslow Drummond said Hamilton wrote anonymous letters. board fired him and Chancellor Paul Williams ruled no proper cause. Dr. Don Davis said no statement expected.
