Heir Report Mistake in Arkansas Royalty Case
The Arkansas Democrat reports a 1970 claim that a Prattsville man, Jack Burns, was heir to 82.7 million dollars from an oil royalty, but the paper states the only known related court case involved others named Buras and not Burns. The Chevron and Shell accounts are disputed, with no Supreme Court record found, and Burns defends his lack of fraudulent conduct while unsure about future steps.
