Two Students File Suit Over Dress Code
In Little Rock two West Side School District pupils, Richard Davis and John C. Davis, filed a federal suit alleging the district dress code violates free speech. They have been out of class since March 16 and March 6 respectively, and seek a temporary injunction against enforcement until the case is heard. In Nashville the United Methodist Church recommends reducing its seminaries from 14 to 11 to raise quality over quantity.
